It was always such a pleasure to visit with Jean at work, often as she was going up that long flight of stairs to her office. She had such a genuinely sweet and kind temperament, even as things got more difficult with her health. When she was no longer able to make it up the stairway, and when she fully retired, spending her time away from the office, we really missed seeing her around, though it was always nice to be able to catch up with how she was doing through her kids, Brian, Keith, and Lisa, who kept things running at their family’s business. I think that, even though she has passed from this life into the next, her legacy, through sweet memories, and that same kindness that lives on in her children, remains with us.
