Jean Elizabeth Williams' Obituary
Jean Williams of Hayward passed away on September 16, 2016 at the age of 96. She and her identical twin sister June were born in Richmond, California, in 1920. Her family was part of the California Gold Rush and survivors of the 1906 San Francisco earthquake.She is preceded in death by her husband Ralph, her brother Bud and other family members.She is survived by her twin sister; 3 daughters, their spouses; a niece; 2 granddaughters, their spouses; 2 great granddaughters and Sisters in law, many cousins and friends.She will be dearly missed and be remembered for planning many family events, always being ready to help others, her smile and walking as though she was ready to twirl.The family would like to express a special thanks for the kind and compassionate care that was provided by the staff at Atria Carmichael Oaks. We would also like to send our sincere thanks to neighbors and friends for their kind support and prayers.Celebration of Jean’s life will be private.
