It is with great sadness that we regretfully announce the passing of Jason Patrick Braun. Jason was born on September 18, 1985 in California and passed on December 27, 2021 in San Leandro, California at the age of 36. Services will be held at Chapel of the Chimes Memorial Park and Funeral home in Hayward, California prior to burial at Chapel of the Chimes.
