Jangir Kaur Duley (Bibi), of San Jose, CA passed away May 14, 2022 in her home surrounded by her husband, kids and grandkids.
Bibi was born October 12,1931 in the village of Akhada, distt Ludhiana, Punjab. She was the only sister of 8 brothers, and was the last surviving sibling. Bibi was married to S. Major Singh Duley of village Sawaddi Khurd, distt Ludhiana, Punjab. Bibi was a courageous, outspoken woman who lived her life with the utmost dignity. She was a firm follower of Sikhism and never faltered in her beliefs no matter how many hardships life threw her way. She handled everything like the true warrior she was. She will always be loved and her memory will be cherished by her husband, 4 children, 10 grandchildren, and 8 great grandchildren. We love you Bibi.
