Hegland, JamesJames was born inLinn Grove Iowa May 3, 1931. He went to be with the Lord on June 13, 2006. James received the Purple Heart for exceptional service to his country during the Korean War. He later went on to retire from G. E. Vallecitos. James Lived inFremont for 43 years. He is survived by his beloved wife Rosslyn of 52 years; his sons, Michael and William Hegland; daughters-in-law Debbie and Erin; grandchildren, Joshua, Eric, Tiffany, Katie, David, and Elizabeth; sisters, Ruth Margadonna and Frances Standly; his brother Doyle Hegland. Family and Friends will gather to celebrate his life on Friday, June 23, 2006 atBridgesCommunityChurch at 505 Driscoll Rd.in Fremont .in Fremont .
