One of the best memories of the man I called my brother has to be when I saw him for the very first time. It was 1986, my sister Charlene, my brother (in-law) Jim and the newly born James Michael were in the kitchen. Being 6 years of age and not knowing who this man was with my sister made me wary. But, I carefully looked at his outfit ; pastel polo shirt, khaki pants and white sneakers with Velcro straps. I knew then that he would be the greatest brother , he didn’t know how to tie his shoes either. And I was right. I miss him every day but I know he is in a better place just waiting for us.
Our heartfelt condolence Charlene to you and the family. Auntie Ellen, Chenie and Christian
