ISABEL HERNANDEZ ISABEL HERNANDEZ November 5, 1912 – December 21, 2006 Born in Chihuaha, Mexico, Isabel is a residence of Fremont. On Thursday, December 21, 2006, at the age of 94, she passed away from a stroke. She is survived by her loving children, Delia Chudanski of Manteca, CA and Roger Hernandez of Glendale, Utah; five sisters and brothers; 7 grandchildren; and 5 great-great-grandchildren. Family and friends will gather to celebrate her life with a visitation on Wednesday, December 27, 2006 from 4:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and a funeral service on Thursday, December 28, 2006 at 1:30 p.m. All services will be held at Chapel of the Chimes, 32992 Mission Blvd., in Hayward.
