Irene Castrejon Berdeja's Obituary
Irene Castrejon Berdeja, a long-time resident of Newark, California died on Sunday, March 11, 2012. She was 74 years old. Irene is survived by her son Andres Berdeja and his wife Gari; son Jose Berdeja; daughter Lucia Silva and her husband Jeffrey; daughter Irene Berdeja; and son Daniel Berdeja. She is also survived by her three grandchildren Andres Berdeja, Valentin Berdeja, and Reuben Berdeja. Irene was preceded in death by her husband Andres Berdeja. Family and friends are invited to the Visitation, Thursday, March 15, 2012 from 5 to 9 pm at Chapel of the Chimes Funeral Home, 32992 Mission Boulevard in Hayward; the Funeral Mass, Friday, March 16, 2012 at 10:30 am at St. Edward Church, 5788 Thornton Avenue, Newark; and the Interment at Chapel of the Chimes Memorial Park.
