Hiroshi Tsutsui born September 23, 1915 in Hawaii to Toyoe and Iseo Tsutsui. Hiroshi passed away at the Carmon Way Home for the Elderly in Union City on January 17, 2012 at the age of 96.. No services are planned at Chapel of the Chimes.
