HEDY SUE ALCON's Obituary
With a heavy heart, we announce that Hedy Sue Alcon, Widowed Wife, devoted Mother, & caring Grandma, passed away on Tuesday, April 9, 2024, at the honorable age of 91.
A native of Oklahoma, Hedy was 1 of 7 sisters. At a young age, they relocated to California where she later would meet the love of her life (Pete Alcon). Together, they happily lived the rest of their lives in Union City, where they had 1 son (Ron Alcon). She was a devoted Housewife & Homemaker, pouring everything she had into her 2 favorite men. Sadly, both Pete & Ron preceded her in death.
Hedy had a gift for gardening (anyone who has eaten one of her home-grown tomatoes would agree). She also found countless hours of joy watching all of the many birds who visited daily. She loved a good country classic tune on the radio & could always be spotted singing or dancing right along.
Hedy is survived by her Grandson (Jason Alcon), Granddaughter (Ronda Prichard), her sister (Ruth Catanzano), & several other extended family members.
Although her family & loved ones will miss her dearly, we find unexplainable comfort & joy knowing that she is healthy, whole, & at peace with our Heavenly Father.
