Hardev Kaur's Obituary
Hardev Kaur passed away peacefully on March 7th after fighting a long battle with debilitating chronic pain and a number of other health issues. She was born 1940 in Sigatoka, Fiji Islands to Udham Kaur and Lakshman Singh. She married Budh Singh in 1959.Hardev loved everyone that came into her life. She had a smile that would light up the room. She was involved in her grandchildren’s preschool (when they were young) and was loved by many. She loved to cook, and enjoyed having family and friends over for dinner. She loved sewing, knitting, embroidering and crocheting. These handicrafts will now be treasured by her family. During the last few years of her life, she made friends with her doctors and office staff, and they just loved her presence.Hardev Kaur is survived by her husband of 49 years, sons Kamaljit and Rajinder, daughter-in-law Sarvjit, daughter Amarjit, grandchildren Amanpreet, Sukhbir, Jaskiran and great grandson Kamren and her many nephews and nieces and grandnieces and grandnephews and their children across the globe. She loved each of them deeply.Please join us in celebrating her life on Sunday March 17th at Chapel of Chimes starting at 12:30pm in Hayward, CA.
