Gwendolyn E. Heim's Obituary
Gwendolyn E. Heim a Hayward resident entered into rest Thursday, February 14, 2002 in St. John's Convalescent Hospital in Castro Valley. Born in Roff, Oklahoma on December 7, 1921, she was 80 years of age. She loved sewing, crafts, camping, fishing, gardening, and reading. She cared for her mother for 22 years. She was a member of Elmhurst Church. She was a rock hound, she loved to collect all kinds of rocks. She was an only child.Dearly beloved wife of Albert J. Heim. Loving mother of Marge Leavitt of Fallon, NV and Lorna Hahner of Rio Dell, CA. Devoted grandmother of seven grandchildren and seven great grand children. Visitation will be held Wednesday, February 20, 2002 from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm at Chapel of the Chimes in Hayward. Friends are welcome to attend a funeral service Thursday, February 21, 2002 at 10:00 am in the Reflection Chapel with Interment to follow at Chapel of the Chimes Funeral Home.'Service of Marked Distinction'
