Gurvinder Singh's Obituary
Gurvinder Singh, born on September 21st 1952, in Punjab, India, passed away on April 10, 2026, at the age of 73.
He was raised in Amritsar and later immigrated to the United States where he built a life centered on family, hard work, and dedication. He and his wife, Hanita welcomed their first child, Natasha in 1984, and again welcomed another child, Nitika, in 1996. He built a lifelong career over a span of 50 years across Silicon Valley finally retiring in 2025.
Gurvinder will be forever remembered by his family as a loving husband, devoted father, and doting grandfather. He took great joy in celebrating the most important occasions in his family’s lives and made sure that each occasion was marked with an unforgettable party, delicious food, and lots of dancing. He was always his happiest when celebrating with family.
To all the lives he touched, he will be remembered as a deeply principled man and devout Sikh. He carried himself with an unwavering sense of dignity and decorum as well as respect for others. His passing leaves a profound void in many lives, but his legacy continues in the memories of all that knew him.
He is survived by his wife, Hanita, his daughters, Natasha and Nitika, his 2 grandchildren Niam and Nemeera and son-in-law Will. His brothers Santokh and Davinder, and his mother Surinder.
Though he is no longer with us, we take comfort in the memories we share with him.
