My Dear Uncle Gurdev Singh Sandhu was great a mentor for me. He used to spend hours in teaching real life lesson whenever he visited our home in Amritsar. At that time, I felt bored by these speeches but very soon I realise their effects on my life as I goes abroad for higher education. I was hoping to hear those lessons again in sometime later. His coaching gave me a great help in my success in every part of my life. My deep faith in Sikhism is also result of his coachings. Uncle Gurdev Singh Sandhu was a great scholar, kind human being and real Sikh who inspired others though out his life. His teaching will always stay with me.##imported-begin##Balraj Singh##imported-end##

My dear uncle Gurdev Singh Sandhu was different kind of person from other human beings. He inspired me to become a nurse and show me the way of Guru Granth shaib ji teaching.Whenever he came to my house at Amritsar he always spent hours to teach us.After marriage i move to America and he was very happy that i came in his country of living. He was most educated, extremely hard worker man.He belive and follow guru’s teaching and want us to follow that too.He always shared his vast knowledge, good bad or even funny moments of his life with me and my family. He was a innocent and complete sikh.Harwinder Kaur America##imported-begin##Harwinder Kaur##imported-end##
Gurdev Singh was a very dear friend of my family & was very close to my father, myself & our Sodhi family for more than two decades. He visited our family house in Chandigarh to meet my father Sodhi Harbhajan Singh seeking spiritual guidance for some personal matter in late 1980s. Finding what he wanted, he was very impressed & took him as his spiritual guide. He sponsered both my parents to U.S. but my mother passed away before visa could be obtained in mid. 1992. So, my father came alone & I joined him from Montreal, Canada in Oct. 1992 for a week at Gurdev place near L.A. Me & my father were touched by the open heart affection & generous hospitality shown by Gurdev & his family .My father stayed at Gurdev;s place for couple of months during which Gurdev & his family + friends got baptised through my father & we all became family like.He offered to translate my father’s Punjabi spiritual book in to Glory of Msditation which he was still doing when he suddenly passad away. May God bless the departed pure soul & give enough power to his family to bear the irrepairable loss. I have been in regular touch with him ever since we met & found him gem of a person & a through gentelman as well as a good Sikh .##imported-begin##Jagtesh Singh Sodhi & Family##imported-end##
