Guillermo Gonzalez's Obituary
Guillermo passed away at home surrounded by his loved ones. A dedicated patriarch to his entire family, there wasn’t a stranger who met him that didn’t eventually call him a good friend. He was born in Juarez, Mexico in 1933. Moving to California in 1962, he began his career in construction that eventually led to his own business. During this time, he trained and employed countless people in construction. Guillermo was a master conversationalist, musician, linguist and historian and was known for his incredible wit and memory that left his listeners laughing and constantly amazed. Guillermo is survived by his son-Jose, daughter-Myrna (Jim) Maldonado, Bertha Villarreal, Grace (Jose) Rodriguez, 12 grandchildren & 6 great grandchildren. His also survived by his sister Rosalie. Friends and family are invited to a Rosary Mass on Friday, December 26th, 2014 at 7:00 P.M. and a funeral service on Saturday, December 27, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at Our Lady of the Rosary Church, 703 C Street,Union City. Burial to follow at Chapel of the Chimes Memorial Park 32992 Mission Blvd., Hayward, CA. 94544
