Gregory David Maselli's Obituary
Gregory David Maselli, age 50, passed away after a battle with cancer with his wife at his side on December 31st, 2016. Greg was born May 20th,1966 in Oakland, CA., to Gayle Stickels and Louis Maselli. He was a 1984 graduate of Washington High School in Fremont, CA.Greg married his soulmate, Shelly L. Maselli (Barth) on April 7, 2007, in Brentwood, CA. He worked as a building inspector for the City of Los Altos. Greg truly lived life to the fullest through simple pleasures; honoring God, walking on the beach or hiking with his wife, driving his cars, taking care of his property, enjoying his pool and the sun, hosting annual BBQ’s to feed and bring together family and friends, and taking care of others.Greg was a sweet, loving man who glorified God in all that he did. He had an uncanny ability to reach people in a deep and positive way. He always had a smile on his face and his laugh was contagious. He is survived by his wife, Shelly; Daughter Alexandrea Maselli of Roseville, CA; Brothers: Len (Debbie) Maselli of Fairfield, IA; Ricky Maselli of Fremont, CA.; Jeff (Robin) Maselli of Brick, NJ; Nieces: Samantha, Ashley, Savannah, Amanda, Allyson, Jennessa, Abigail; Nephews: Lucas, Anthony, Keegan, Lucas, Solomon, Wyatt; Aunt Diana (Larry) Jackson of Oakley, CA.There will be a small private memorial for family and friends of Greg and Shelly. His life desire was to take care of widows and the elderly by providing them with warm meals. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to your local Meals on Wheels organization in honor of Greg Maselli.
