GLORIA LOPEZ's Obituary
A Loving Mother, Wife, Sister, Aunt, & FriendGloria Balancio Lopez, 55 of Fremont, CA passed away on Saturday, August 23, 2014 after battling cancer.Gloria was born in Agoo, La Union Philippines on September 24th, 1958 to the late Victor and Alfonza Isibido Balancio. She graduated with a BS in Nursing in the Philippines. She worked as a nurse at the Dona Gregoria Memorial Hospital (La Union Philippines), and at the King Faisal Hospital (Taif Saudi Arabia). And recently, she worked as a CNA at the Park Central Skilled Nursing Facility.Gloria was a devoted wife to her husband Isidro Lopez Jr. of 17 years, and a loving mother to her children Micah Joie (16) and Kristian Ryan (15). She was a caring sister to Samuel Balancio, Fe Balancio Galera, Val Balancio and Cesar Balancio. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews that will miss her fun-loving presence very much.Gloria was a faithful attendee at North Valley Baptist Church. She will always be remembered for the delicious food that she prepared (even while she was not feeling well) and especially for her kindness and generosity – as she was always willing to help her family and friends. She especially enjoyed catching up with her loved ones on Facebook as she waited for them to send her more Candy Crush lives.She was a gracious spirit that will be dearly missed.Friends and Family are invited to a Visitation on Saturday, August 30th, 2014 from 1:00pm – 9:00pm.
