Geraldine Moore 80, of East Palo Alto, CA, died at Alta Bates Hospital on December 27, 2011. She was born on September 5, 1931 in Mississippi to Freddie and Bessie Smith. Geraldine worked as a Nurse. A visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 10, 2012 at 1:00 pm in the Mission Chapel with a funeral service to follow at 1:30 pm.
