Gayle Ann HixsonApril 11, 1951 - June 6, 2011Resident of OaklandGayle Hixson of Oakland, CA passed away suddenly on Monday, June 6, 2011 at St. Rose Hospital. She was 60 years old. She touched many people's lives with her kindness and loving care.Gayle was preceded in death by her brother Richard Telles. Gayle is survived by her husband of 32 years, James Hixson Jr.; parents Robert and Corinne Telles; step-sons John Hixson, Nathan Hixson and wife Amber; brother Robert Telles Jr. and wife Annia, brother Henry (Billy) Telles and wife LouAnn; sister Charlene Esley and husband Jeff, sister Cheryl Sligher and husband Paul, and sister-in-law Michelle Telles. She's also survived by 5 grandchildren and many nephews and nieces.She will be greatly missed by all of her family and friends. Gayle's viewing will take place, Sunday, June 12th 5:00-8:30pm with a Rosary at 7pm at Chapel of the Chimes in Hayward. Funeral service will be at 10am Monday, June 13th also at Chapel of the Chimes.
