Gavina Atienza's Obituary
A genuine matriarch, Nanay is the backbone of our family: strong, witty, brave, and most of all loving. Even though she’s no longer here physically, her spirit will forever live on. We will continue to celebrate her by living the life she wanted for all of us and by extending her generosity beyond family; everyone is always welcome.Although we mourn, we also celebrate her incredible 100 years of life. She leaves behind a priceless legacy full of love, happiness and lots of good food for us to carry through and to weave into the fabric of generations to come. She instilled in us that despite any circumstance, family is everything and that remains in our hearts forever.We will miss Nanay’s presence every day, but there’s comfort in knowing she will always be with us.
