Fred Elgin Winegar a San Leandro resident of 23 years entered into rest on Thursday, September 27, 2001 at San Leandro Hospital. He was a native of Maryland born on October 29, 1928 died at the age of 73. Fred enjoyed airplanes, gardening, traveling, attending Antic shows and seeing cars and radios. Dearly beloved husband of 13 years to Dorothy Winegar of San Leandro. Special father of 4 daughters and one brother the late Buddie Winegar. A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 8, 2001 at 10:30 a.m. at Chapel of the Chimes in the Mission Chapel. "Service of Marked Distinction"
