Geanna Muckel
Pappy I think of you and my Dad and uncle Tim all the time. My father loved you and cherished you despite the hands that raised him. I know you did many great things but i am still very confused about ALOT. I have heard so many things. I know not what to believe besides what i personally knew of you. I knew a different man. A kind loving grandfather, a man who i was very close to once when i was young. You always spelled my name Geanna on my birthday cards. I still have some signed by you and Diane. My heart hurts to think of how everything went with our families and I always longed for you all. For the family I knew and then didnt. I came to your tomb and paid my respects. Im sure ill return from time to time throughout my life. My ancestors beckon me and im so glad we were able to speak before your passing. You told me some great hints about where to look at for our family history. Despite what I have heard about what a tyrant you were to my father aunt and uncles i cant help but love you and can only remember the gentle grandfather you were to me. Im sure you had to answer to our higher power for alot of things. One day I will have all the answers and we will meet again. For we are blood and I come from you. Rest easy pappy.
