Fred H. Dowdy, 83¸ of Union City, CA, passed away at Kaiser Hospital in Hayward on January 2, 2012. He was born on June 4, 1928 to Elmer and Vinetta Chapplear. A funeral service will be held in the Reflection Chapel on Tuesday, January 10, 2012 at 1:30 pm
