I worked with Frank at Lincoln Child Center from 2001-2006. He was such a wonderful coworker, and a gentle soul. I am sad to hear of his passing. Frank was very dedicated and compassionate with the emotionally disturbed children we worked with. May he rest in peace, and condolences to his family.

We had many, many fun times with Frank and Emma over the years. We did lots of fun things from wine and cheese picnics at Golden Gate Park, to hanging out at Monterey Jazz Festival on Saturdays, to just siting and talking and laughing. Frank will be deeply missed. Love Betty and Jerry Arnold
