I worked with Frank at Lincoln Child Center from 2001-2006. He was such a wonderful coworker, and a gentle soul. I am sad to hear of his passing. Frank was very dedicated and compassionate with the emotionally disturbed children we worked with. May he rest in peace, and condolences to his family.
