Frankie (Kitz) Ignacio Manansala (age 64) of San Lorenzo, CA, passed away peacefully at his home on April 14, 2017. Frankie was born on March 5, 1953 in Camiling, Tarlac, Philippines.Frankie worked as a Letter Carrier for the US Postal Service, where he retired after 26 years. He loved cooking for and spending time with his family and friends and enjoyed watching sports – especially the Golden States Warriors. He also loved traveling and playing with his “grandson” Biggie, his best canine friend.Frankie was married to Edelwina Manansala (Yanga) on April 19, 1979, in Masantol, Pampanga, Philippines; they were married for 37 years.Frankie is survived by his wife, Edelwina; his son and daughter-in-law, Jerauld Manansala and GaYeong; his daughter, Sharelle Manansala; his two sisters, Floryfe Co and Florian Comia; his brothers, Froilan, Fredgie, Frowell and Bernard Manansala; his nieces and nephews; and many of his caring relatives and friends.Frankie is preceded in death by his parents, Francisco and Arsenia Manansala.
