FRANK TUCKER's Obituary
Frank Tucker was born July 25, 1933 in Greentop, Missouri to George and Josephine Tucker. In his younger life he lived in Southern California. He served in the Army from 1950 to 1952, and was in the Korean War. Approximately in his 30’s he moved to Northern California. He worked at Owens- Illinois Glass Company in Oakland, California for 25 years and retired from there at the age of 62. He met his present wife, Norma Halbur Tucker there at work, and were married for 45 years. In a previous marriage four children were born, twins Randolph and Roderick, who are deceased, Mark ( Miriam), who lives in San Diego, Ca., and Robin Ortiz, who lives in Duarte, Ca. He loved to travel, make Indian jewelry, and make things out of wood, but in his later years he loved just sitting in his recliner, playing solitaire on his computer, and watching movies. He was a big Oakland Raider’s fan. Frank passed away February 28, 2018 in Oakland, California at the age of 84. He is survived by his wife Norma Tucker, son Mark ( Miriam ), daughter Robin, and many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
