Francis Anthony Lichauco's Obituary
Francis Anthony Lichauco, 46, Bay Area native, received his angel wings on September 14, 2023, after a battle with AML (Acute Myeloid Leukemia) cancer. Too soon. No words. The world is devastated. Our AntStrong will always be a warrior. He will always be undefeated, because he was and will always be the GOAT.
Francis Anthony was born on March 30, 1977. After Francis Anthony graduated from James Logan High School in 1995, he went on to achieve both his bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in business administration from Golden Gate University. After graduating, he went on to start a 17-year career with Best Buy Corporate.
In 2010, Francis Anthony met Melissa at a Golden State Warriors basketball game. Francis Anthony and Melissa found the ultimate true love, married in 2012, and went on to have 2 beautiful children- Alina (10) and Alissa (8). He just loved being that family daddy and incredible, loving husband. He would always be dancing, playing music, laughing, being the life of the party along with being the biggest 49ers, Warriors, and Giants fan. His heart of gold is indescribable, and he left a permanent imprint on everyone.
AntStrong, you will be missed every second and loved eternally.
Viewing services will be held at Chapel of the Chimes in Hayward, California on September 27, 2023, from 4 pm-7 pm. Funeral services will be held at Transfiguration Church in Castro Valley, California on September 28, 2023, at 12:00 noon followed by a burial service at Chapel of the Chimes.
