Frances Reynaga's Obituary
We are heartbroken to announce the sudden passing of our dear mother, Frances Reynaga (Santiago) on Thursday, January 26, 2023. She was born to loving parents Julio Enrique and Iberia Santiago on April 15th, 1952. Frances was born, raised and lived her entire life in Alameda County, California. She graduated from Sunset High Scool in 1970 and among other employers, worked at the City of Hayward for 22 years retiring in 2009. Mom was preceded in death by her sister's Daisy and Ruthi, and parents Julio and Iberia. She is survived by her children Sarah Reynaga of Stockton and Richard Reynaga of Hayward, her only grandson David of Florida, only Godchild Ryan of Florida, along with her sister's Benie and DiAnn of Hayward, her brothers Julio Jr. of Oroville and Mark of Antioch, step-mother Adela Santiago of Modesto, and her best friend/significant other Reuben Ramos of San Jose. As well along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, brothers-in-law and many co-workers and friends.
