Frances Dawes' Obituary
Frances V. Dawes Resident of Hayward Frances V. Dawes (93) entered into rest on January 30, 2009. Frances was married to her husband of 73 years, Gordon, who preceded her in death on December 18, 2008. She was a vibrant lady whose faith was incredibly strong. She loved her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, her Church and her family. Frances had a strong heart for World Missions. As a pastor’s wife for 61 years, she was a gifted hostess providing tea parties and celebrations for her church and friends. She is survived by her son Gordon William Dawes, Jr.; 7 grandchildren; 21 great grandchildren; and 5 great great grandchildren. A visitation will be held on Saturday, February 7th at 10:00am, followed by a Funeral Service at 11:00 am at Castro Valley Church of the Nazarene, 19230 Lake Chabot Rd., Castro Valley, CA 94546.
