Frances Billoups passed away at the Methodist Hospital of Sacramento on February 26, 2012. She was born on January 16, 1935, she was 77 years of age. Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, March 6, 2012, at 10:30 am in the Reflection Chapel. Interment will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery 1050 Harder Rd. Hayward, Ca.
