Fortunata C. Convento, a loving mother and devoted grandmother, born in July 1931, peacefully passed away on December 22, 2024, in California.
With a heart full of love and a spirit of strength, Fortunata built a life that inspired others through her commitment to family values, enduring friendships, and a distinguished 30-year nursing career. Her selfless dedication, kindness, empathy, and care touched countless lives, leaving a lasting legacy of compassion and kindness. Though she will be deeply missed, her spirit remains a guiding light, continuing to uplift and inspire all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, [Abelardo], and her second husband, [Ernesto].
She is survived by her three daughters, six grandsons, three granddaughters, 16 great grandchildren, one great-great-grandson on the way, two sons-in-law, two granddaughters-in-law, two grandsons-in-law, one great-grandson-in-law, four stepdaughters and one stepson and their families, and three fur babies.
She will be remembered for her kindness, generosity, strong spirit, and dedication to her family. Fortunata's memory will continue to live on through them and the countless others whose lives she enriched.
