Eva Bueno's Obituary
Eva Janette Bueno went home peacefully to be with the Lord on October 11, 2012 . She was born in North Dakota on January 31, 1921 to John and Sophia Johnson. She earned her Masters Degree in Education; however, after she married Frank Dominguez Bueno, who preceded in death, her companion in life, she mastered the art of being a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Eva's greatest treasure on earth was her family, whom she entrusted to the Lord daily. Away from the home Eva spent much of her time working at Lutheran Social Services and for the Lutheran Care Center for the elderly. After retiring in San Leandro , CA , Eva moved to Paradise , CA to enjoy the beauty of this area and to be closer to family. Eva had many talents; she was photographer, artist and writer. Eva's darling sense of humor and quick wit kept everyone smiling. Her gift to the world was her ability to encourage and believe in people. She was a blessing to those who knew her and loved her. She is survived by son Bob Bueno and wife Penny Bueno from Reno , NV daughter, Patricia Singer of Paradise , CA , grandsons Aaron Singer of Paradise , CA, Paul Singer of Fresno, CA, Joel Singer of Zambia, Africa, Great granddaughter Samantha, son Mark Bueno and wife Arlillia Bueno of Merced CA, granddaughters Michelle Bueno of Fremont, CA, Mallory Bueno of Merced, CA , grandson Frank Bueno of Merced CA, sister Phyllis Glavor of Walnut Creek ,CA, five nephews, six nieces and their extend families. Service will be held at Chapel of the Chimes on Saturday, October 20, 2012 at 1:30 am . 37992 Mission Blvd. Hayward , CA . In lieu of flowers donations can be make to the American Heart Association, the Cancer Association or your charity of choice.
