Eusebio (Sam) Aguilar8/6/1911 ' 8/27/2006Lived inUnion City for over 80 years. Eusebio was cared for by his niece and nephew Geraldine and Pasquel Contreras until his death at the age of 95. He is survived by his brother Joe Aguilar and his sister-in-law Dorothy Aguilar; as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Eusebio loved working with wood and his hands until the very end. His past, and remembering his family, gave him strength throughout his entire life. He was a very strong man with pride in his traditions; as well as a loving man who was thankful for everyday of his simple and long life. Family and friends will gather to celebrate his life with a visitation on Thursday, August 31, 2006 from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm and a rosary at 6:30 in the Mission Chapel at Chapel of the Chimes Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 32992 Mission Blvd. Hayward and a funeral service on Friday, September 1, 2006 at Our Lady of the Rosary at 703 C St. Union City
