Eugene Joseph Marshall – Born: 12/16/27 – Oakland, CaliforniaGraduated from Castlemont high school, Oakland, California in the mid 1940”s where he enjoyed singing and dramatic performances. This experience reflected throughout life activities especially at Halloween while masquerading for charitable Haunted House events. These events sparked creativity in costuming, props, sets, and so much more. Volunteering participations were acknowledged at the Newark Days parade as honoree of the year.Sunshine Biscuits hired a sixteen year old part time high school student and it turned into a career. This temporary position became a career as unit supervisor of the Cheez It preparation department. He met and married his wife Lillian, at Sunshine Biscuits, she transitioned in 19993.Family members were provided a home including a maternal grandmother along with elderly parents for many years. Served in the Army during the Korean police action; Catholic Eucharistic minister; dozen at Mission San Jose Museum; Lov’s volunteer; Order of the Redmen Lodge; along with others.Alzheimer’s erased and deleted all precious memories of life leaving in its wake a morose demeanor upon transition on 07/26/16.The Creator, most assuredly, lovingly welcomed “Home” the soul of a humanitarian.
