Eufronia Guido Ruiz a San Leandro, California resident entered into rest Wednesday, August 6, 2003 in Castro Valley, California. Born in Taytay, Rizal, Philippines on August 3, 1918, she was 85 years of age. Eufronia was very creative with sewing women's clothing and furnishings. She was an active member of the Congregation United Covenant Church in San Leandro. She was the owner of Women's Fashion shop for 35 years in Manila. She was reserved but a very good listener who was much loved by all extended family. Loving mother of Rebecca Ruiz of Sydney, Australia, Deborah Ruiz Wall of Sydney, Australia and Sarah Ruiz Munsayac of Hayward, California. Dear sister of Celing Guido of Manila, Profetiza Guido of Manila, Buensuseso Guido of Hercules, California and Buenaventura Guido of Manila. Devoted grandmother of six grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Her husband of 53 years Angel Ruiz, sisters Esperanza, Gliceria, Rosa and brothers, Carlos and Alfredo preceded her in death.Visitation will be held Saturday, August 9, 2003 from 12:00-4:30 p.m. and Sunday, August 10, 2003 from 4:00-8:30 p.m. at Chapel of the Chimes in Hayward. Friends are welcome to attend a Funeral Service Monday, August 11, 2003 at 10:30 a.m. in the Mission Chapel at Chapel of the Chimes Funeral Home, 32992 Mission Blvd., Hayward.
