Ethel Keathley-Black Resident of Fremont April 18, 1906 – Dec. 31, 2008 Ethel passed away peacefully on Dec. 31, 2008. She was 102 years old. She was born in St. Louis, MO on the day of the Great San Francisco Earthquake of 1906. Preceded in death by her husband, Theodore Black and her son, Hadley Keathley. Survived by daughter-in-law, Carol Keathley-Emig. She was the loving “Mimi” to Matthew and Meghann Keathley. Visitation will be held on Jan. 8, 2009 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and Funeral Service on Jan9, 2009 at 1:30 p.m. at CHAPEL OF THE CHIMES, 32992 Mission Blvd, Hayward, CA 94544.
