Estrelita “Lelet” Framil Santiago left us peacefully at age 74, surrounded by her beloved family on March 14, 2024.
Born in Pasay City, Philippines, Lelet is the third eldest among 9 siblings and a daughter of proud parents, Avelino and Magdalena. She lived in Union City, California with her family after migrating to the US in 2002.
Lelet is survived by her husband, Ike, 3 daughters (Natalyn, Lynette, Nanette), sons-in-law (Dho, Mikey) and 6 grandchildren (Natanya, Nash, Tox, Dax, Diego and Lucio). She was a loving wife, a mother, a sister, and a friend. The unconditional love and devotion she bestowed upon her family was truly remarkable. Her kindness, generosity, and selflessness will be fondly remembered, and she will be deeply missed.
