Esther O. Hoag's Obituary
Esther passed away peacefully at home on July 18, 2008, dearly beloved wife of 36 years to the late Mitchell Hoag, Jr. Loving mother of Martha Morrison, dear sister of Ivan and Paul Oyer, cherished grandmother of Carrie and Chris Morrison, loving niece of Doris Herr and Dorothy Hamlow. Esther was predeceased by her daughter Carolyn Cameron (1997). A proud survivor of Pearl Harbor as a child, who glorified God and educated youth as a teacher, principle, and administrator. Esther was a loving wife, mother and grandmother, whose legacy she leaves behind shall never be forgotten. Friends are invited to attend a visitation on Tuesday, July 22, 2008 beginning at 4:30pm-8:30pm, and a graveside service on Wednesday, July 23, 2008 beginning at 10:00am at CHAPEL OF THE CHIMES 32992 Mission Blvd. in Hayward, CA. Friends are also invited to attend a Celebration of Life which will be held on Saturday, August 16, 2008 at First Baptist Church 6320 Dairy Ave., Newark, CA 94560 beginning at 2:00pm.
