It is with great sadness that we regretfully announce the passing of Mr. Essie James Joseph. Mr. Joseph was born on January 7, 1935 in Beaumont, TX and passed on February 19, 2022 in San Leandro, California at the age of 87. Services will be held at Chapel of the Chimes Memorial Park in Hayward, California.
