Ernesto Anicete Pangilinan's Obituary
Ernesto Anicete Pangilinan was called home on April 14, 2026 at the age of 86 years old, surrounded by his loving family.
Born in Hagonoy, Bulacan, Philippines, Ernesto lived a life defined by faith, love, and devotion to his family. He was a loving father to his five children: Ireneo (Apol), Rafael Nicolas (Rafger), Miriam (Yes), Marianne (No), and Nina. In 1993, through his brother Crispulo’s help him moved to the United States with his daughters and was later joined by his two sons, in pursuit of a better life for his family.
Ernesto found joy in driving, collecting cherished keepsakes (“abubot”), he also enjoyed watching his favorite actor, Fernando Poe Jr films over and over again. and, above all, spending time with his children and grandchildren. He was known for sharing his life experiences and for continually encouraging his family to work hard, be good, and strive for a better future.
He is lovingly remembered by his children and grandchildren: Arianne, Andre, Lana, Mark, Phol, Miguel, and Xygel; as well as his siblings Angel, Aurora, and Emelita.
He is now at peace in the presence of the Lord, reunited with his beloved wife, Benedicta , parents, Dominador and Felicisima, his brother, Crispulo and his nephew, Joeffrey and Joeland.
