It is with great sadness that we regretfully announce the passing of Ernestine Vaughn Garner. Ernestine was born on January 10, 1932 in Centralia, Illinois and passed on December 9, 2021 in Hayward, California at the age of 89. Services will be held at South Bay Community Church in Fremont, California prior to inurnment at Chapel of the Chimes Memorial Park in Hayward, California.
