Erma Lafern Lundstrom's Obituary
Erma L. Lundstrom, 84 passed away on Saturday, January 11, 2003 at Kaiser Hospital in San Francisco, California. She was born to William and Minnie Capps on May 2, 1918 in Phillips County, Kansas. She was a devoted and dedicated Homemaker for 54 years. She sang in the church choir for 40 years. She volunteered for many positions in the church over the years. Erma was always visiting the sick and helping others. She loved gardening. She grew everything and anything that would grow here in California. She was especially talented in floral design arranging. She touched everyone's life that she met. She was a very good friend. She was a devoted grandmother to all of her grandchildren. Erma was preceded in death by her beloved parents and loving husband of 54 years, James W. Lundstrom on November 25, 1992. Her sister, Zelda Lytle and her two brothers, Harold and Floyd Capps, also preceded her in death. Her daughter, Barbara Lundstrom of Pleasanton and her two sons, John Lundstrom of Carmichael, California and Robert Lundstrom of Burlingame, California, survive her.
