Epimenia P. Hernandez, 100, of Union City, passed away February 7, 2019. She was born in San Antonio, Texas on April 14, 1918. She was married to Jose Hernandez on April 14, 1935. Epimenia was a housewife who had a passion for quilting. She was survived by daughters: Angelia Duran, Fremont; Dahlia Munoz, Fremont; and Virginia Hernandez, Union City; Sons: Tony Hernandez, San Lorenzo and Armando Hernandez, Hayward; 15 Grandchildren and 25 Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by Miguel Hernadez and Joe Hernandez Jr.
