ENRIQUE MARTINEZ's Obituary
In Loving Memory of: Enrique Jose Martinez Chavez Enrique J. Martinez Chavez was born on March 3, 1937 in Managua, Nicaragua to Pedro Joaquin Chavez and Josefa Dolores Martinez (Lola). He married the love of his life, Carmen Morales and they had three children, Henry Jr., Maria Eugenia and Lola. Enrique immigrated to the United States in the early 1960’s to seek a better future for his family. For years, he worked diligently and was ultimately able to form his own business in this country. He was a great provider and formed the foundation of what today is a strong family consisting of seven grandchildren and eight great grandchildren. The Martinez Family will always remember him as their backbone and matriarch. Enrique had a heart of gold and would help anyone in need. He was funny, loving, giving and a great person to be around. His family will miss him forever and will honor his legacy through the unity and love that he instilled in us. Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 27, 2015 at The Chapel of the Chimes Funeral Home, 32992 Mission Blvd., Hayward, CA 94544. The family will receive guests from 5:30pm to 6:30pm. Immediately following, Pastor Rene Davila will lead us in prayer and commemoration services. Enrique will be laid to rest on Monday, December 28, 2015 at 11:30am at the Garden of Remembrance at Chapel of the Chimes Memorial Park.
