EMILY JUNE MARTIN's Obituary
Emily June Martin Born on June 28, 1932 passed peacefully on June 12, 2013 at the age of 80 with her granddaughter by her side. She was the dearly beloved wife of the late Gene Martin and loving mother of the late Duwayne Martin. She is survived by her loving daughter Susan Martin, her cherished granddaughters Samantha Enos and Shelby Martin (and grandson in-law Chris Enos), her loving daughter-in-law Toni Martin, and her precious great grandchildren Caleb, Lily, Elijah, Isaac and Luke Enos.She was born in Oklahoma to Ray and Beatrice Parsons and had nine brothers and sisters. After moving to the bay area she spent most of her life in Hayward, CA raising her family. She enjoyed spending time with her loved ones and was active in her church serving the Lord as a Sunday school teacher and the cook for 20 years at Elmhurst Baptist preschool. She was loved by all who knew her and she will be greatly missed.Visitation will be held on Tues. June 18th 4:00-9:00 pm and Funeral service on Wed. June 19th 1:30 pm at Chapel of the Chimes 32992 Mission Blvd. Hayward CA 94544
