Emilie B Regan's Obituary
Emilie B. Regan passed away peacefully at Eden Medical Center in Castro Valley, California on January 27, 2025, at the age of 65. She was the second daughter of Dolores (Peñaranda) Flores Regan and to the late Francisco Bisuela. Preceded in death by, Step-Father Edward K. Regan, Nephew Mark D. Hutchison.
Born on October 23, 1959, in the beautiful country of the Philippines. In 1976, she and her family emigrated to the United States. As a young teen, she and her siblings were introduced to the harsh and cold weather of North Redding, MA. After three months, they then moved to Virginia Beach, Va where she spent her high school years in attending Bayside High. In the late 80’s, she moved to California to work on base and help raise her nephews on Naval Station Treasure Island before moving back to Virginia. In 1996, along with her family moved to Punta Gorda, FL where they resided for 27 years until September 2023. With her mom, she moved back to California to be closer to her sister Erlinda and her family.
Emilie worked in the food services industry for over 40 years and retired from Shorepoint Health, Port Charlotte, FL. Emilie was a fan of Disney and a Collector of all things Disney. She enjoyed 1970’s music and the challenges of crossword puzzles and other word games.
Emilie is survived by her mother Dolores F. Regan, sister Erlinda B. Sundita and Brother-In-Law Melvin Sundita of Fremont, CA; Sister Catherine R. Ally and Brother-In-Law Shazaad Ally of Chevy Chase, MD; Brother John F. Regan and Sister-In-Law Taunia Regan of Virginia Beach, VA; Brother Edward “Butch” Regan, Jr. and Fiancé Sandie Wray of Burlington, NJ and Brother Scott K. Regan and Sister-In-Law Pam Regan of Moraine, OH. Devoted aunt to her numerous nephews, nieces as well as aunts, uncles and many cousins and lifelong friends. As deeply as Emilie loved her family is as deeply her loved one’s will miss her.
