It is with great sadness that we regret to announce the passing of Emanuel Moon. Mr. Moon was a resident of Union City; He was born on December 11,1937 in Louisiana to parents Nelson and Mildred Moon. He passed away on July 1st, 2023. He will be truly missed by his family and friends; we ask that you please keep him in your thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.
