Elvira Fuertes' Obituary
Elvira Del Carmen Fuertes was born on Jan. 25, 1929 in Cavite city Philippines, to the parents of Catalina and Jose del Carmen. Elvira graduated college from the University of Santo Thomas with a bachelors in science in education. When she moved to the states she worked at Fuji films, an assembler for an electronic company, she worked at Acian telecom, and became a cook until she couldn’t cook anymore. Elvira enjoyed playing softball in high school. Elvira is survived by her two sisters Dionisha Paulite and Estelita Del Carmen. Elvira left behind her five children, Adrinela, Jose, Rhoel, Cleofe, and Liana. Grandchildren Nina, Johanna, Cathy, MJ, Joel, Joseph, Adrian, Kristine, Janica, Joverel, and Michael. And great grandchildren Alexa, Aaron, and Peyton Joseph. Elvira passed away on November 10th at 1:00am she was surrounded by family members before her passing. She will be missed by all.
