Uncle Stan shared a couple of fun memories of your Mom as they were growing up: One time, your Mom Elvera was swinging on a rope tied to a tree branch and she fell off into a cow’s tank of water – she did not get hurt. ?? Another time, Grandpa Roos had given Uncle Stan permission to try and start their car. To Uncle Stan’s amazement, the car started! He got in and put it in gear, drove a little ways towards their steep driveway, then promptly ended up in their garden! Your Mom Elvera told him it was a good thing he got stuck in the garden and didn’t go down their steep hill. ?? He also remembers how your Mom and Dad met in Worthington. Your Dad was washing windows at the place where your Mom was working; her boss told her to come outside – she wanted to introduce her to someone – it turned out to be your Dad, Burdell ?? We know you will have many great memories of your Mom to help you through these days ahead. God bless you! Love and prayers, Uncle Stan and Delores Cousin Sherry and family
