Elpidio “Piding” Cosca Primero Nov. 16, 1919 – Nov. 5, 2011 Resident of Hayward ‘Piding’ went to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 5, 2011 from his home in Hayward. Born and raised in General Trias, Cavite, Philippines, he is survived by his beloved wife of 59 years, Begonia; his 5 children: Eileen; Donna – married to Romeo Del Rosario; Eli -married to Cecilia Cabrera; Gilda; and foster son, Cesar Pobre – married to Mayrose Salinas; his 8 grandchildren: Joshua, Gilleen, Aaron, Ronna, Naomi, Maan, Joel and Ivana; his brother, Felipe – married to Lily Cervana; his nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and colleagues. Piding was a chemical engineering graduate from Adamson University. He worked in the Hacienda Luisita, Tarlac and Nasugbu, Batangas, and in 1993 settled in the USA. Piding was beloved by all and will be greatly missed by his family, relatives and friends. The family wishes to thank everyone for their prayers, love and support. Visitation and Funeral Services will be in the Mission Chapel.
